Elinor “Norine” Culver, 87, daughter of Stewart & Erma (Ely) Shroyer, the oldest of three, was born January 21, 1931 in Guthrie Center, Iowa. She passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Guthrie County Hospital in Guthrie Center, Iowa. She graduated from Guthrie Center High School in 1948.

On August 15, 1948, she was united in marriage to Claire Francis Culver. To this union two daughters and two sons were born. They lived and raised their children in the Panora and Linden area.
