Obituary for Ellen Blanche Strehlow Ellen Blanche Barber Strehlow, 78, Utah passed away in the early hours of October 26, 2018 in Farmington, Utah. She was born in South Gate, CA on November 19, 1939 to Clyde Duncan Barber and Geneva Ann Nelson. She graduated High School with honors from South Gate School in 1956 and married Bruce September 28, 1957.

Ellen achieved the goal of Master Gardener in February of 1998. She is survived by her husband Bruce Gordon Strehlow, her children, Scott, Clayton, Ammon and only daughter Audra. Ellen was welcomed by her deceased son, Wyatt, after she passed.

She surpassed her goal to be the best Wife, Mother, and home maker she could be. Ellen enjoyed gardening, doll making, as well as caring for and raising two young boys as her own – Michael and David O’Connor. A memorial service will be held at Canyon View Ward on Compton Bench, Farmington, UT on 30 October 2018 at 4:00 PM.
