Obituary for Erik Walton Roth Erik Walton Roth, 52 of Johnson City, passed away Friday, November 16th, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center and was surrounded with family that loved him. A native of Syracuse, NY he is the son of the late Owen Roth and Anne (Israel) Roth. From a very young age, music was his love and it showed in the close to 40 years he spent as a gifted keyboardist and vocalist.

He thoroughly enjoyed spending time outdoors, be it hiking, repelling, or canoeing. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, and his brother Dana. He is survived by his son Derik, his brother Robert, and his nieces Kaitlin and Erika.

The family will gather to receive friends from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM with a service beginning at 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the Sunrise Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Services, Johnson City.
