Brunson of 206 Watson St. died Monday, August 27, 2018 at her home after a long illness. Born in Greenwood County, she was the daughter of the late Mary Moore and Willie Marshall Duncan. She is preceded in death by one grandson, Quantico Brunson, Jr

She was a member of Marshall Chapel Baptist Church and former member of the senior choir. She retired from Greenwood Mills after many years of service. She is survived by one daughter, Regina Evett Brunson of the home; one son, Andrew Pickens (Zsa Zsa) Brunson , Jr., of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Songa (Sam) Lewis of Greenwood; four grandchildren, Quantico Brunson, Andrew P Brunson, III, Andreanna (Anela) Brunson and Courtney Ballard and three great-grandchildren; one step granddaughter, Yolanda (Kim) Palmore; one sister-in-law, Nell Mosley and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Marshall Chapel Baptist Church with Bishop Emanuel Spearman officiating, assisted by the Reverend Mark Sheard and Elder Nicholas Spearman. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews.

Flower bearers will be nieces. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, August 30, 2018 in the chapel of Parks Funeral Home. The family is at the home.

Parks Funeral Home is assisting the Brunson Family.
