Ethel L. Bass, 91, of 20881 State Hwy. 198, Saegertown, formerly of Pine St., Meadville, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, at Crawford County Care Center. Ethel was born in West Memphis, AR, on May 4, 1927, a daughter of the late Nelson and Phoebe (Weast) Eubanks.

She was previously employed by the former Keystone Company. Ethel is survived by three children David E. Bass (Aleda), Cynthia J. Bass Davis (Martin), both of Meadville, Timothy J. Bass (Janet) of Grove City, seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren, three sisters Maudine Moore, Loriene Clark (Nathan) both of Los Angeles, CA, Jewel Tolebert of Chicago, IL, a brother Lloyd Eubanks (Deloria) of Orange, NJ, a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Joseph, of 57 years, and her parents Nelson Eubanks and Phoebe Weast Bowman, Ethel was preceded in death by a son Joseph Bass, Jr., two brothers Dr. Eugene Eubanks and Melvin Eubanks.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, May 21, 2018, from 11-1 at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVCIES, INC. , 404 CHESTNUT ST. , MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM with grandson, David E. Bass, officiating.
