Everette Eugene Shelly, age 72, passed away in Longview, Texas on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. He was born on December 30, 1946 in Ashdown, Arkansas to Henry Ervin and Ellen Marie Shelly. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lula Faye Shelley; his son, Tommy Gene Shelly; His brother, Earnest Shelly and his sister, Glenda Campbell.

He is survived by his sons, Gary Lee Shelly, Jerry Lynn Parmer and his wife, Pamela, Charles Ray Parmer, Billy Joe Parmer; his daughter, Mary Faye Parmet; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; his brothers, Boyd Shelly and Henry Shelly; his sister, Barbara Karr and a special friend, Misty Morgan. Everette worked at LeTourneau, retiring after 30+ years. He was always willing to help those in need and loved four-wheeling and camping but his true passion in life was his family.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Online condolences may be offered at www.
