Obituary of Faith Hite Faith A. Forte Hite, age 55, beloved wife of William J. Hite of Shelton, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Bridgeport Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on January 28, 1963, she was a daughter of the late James J. Forte, Jr. and Frances M. Rotz Forte and was a resident of Shelton for many years. Faith was a medical assistant for over 22 years and currently at Northeast Medical Group in Fairfield.

Her favorite place was vacationing in Aruba with her family, it’s when she was smiling the most. She loved all animals, especially cats. She was a strong willed and inspirational person who placed family above everything and was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.

She will be truly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her devoted husband Bill of 34 years, survivors include a loving son, William J. Hite, Jr. of Stratford and his companion, Aylene P. Rodriguez, a brother, Frank Forte of Stratford, two sisters, Christine Marchetti and her husband Rich and Angela Forte all of Seymour, five nieces and nephews, Richard Marchetti III, Lee and Corey Marchetti and Samantha and Tabitha Schilling as well as several additional nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial.

Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Yale New Haven Health, Smilow Cancer Hospital, Office of Development, P.O. Box 1849, New Haven, Ct 06508-9979 or to Stratford Cat Project, P.O. Box 1261, Stratford, CT 06614.
