Frances (Frankie) Keaton, age 71, of Greensboro, NC, passed away on July 20, 2018, at Hospice Home of High Point. She was born on September 19, 1946, to the late William Barker and Louise Manuel Barker. She is survived by her loving daughter, Drinda Axsom and husband, Dennis; her devoted son, Dwayne Keaton and wife, Becky; a brother, Jimmy Barker and wife, Kathryn; four grandchildren, Victoria Axsom, Stevie Foust and husband Joey, Kelly Keaton and Meredith Keaton; and four great-grandchildren, Hailey Foust, Makayla Foust, Makenzie Foust and Sophia Keaton.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gene Keaton; her parents, William Barker and Louise Manuel Barker; and a sister, Brenda Turner. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Rock House Primitive Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. with Elder Rodney Marshall officiating. Interment will follow in Rock House Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rock House Primitive Baptist Church, C/O Geraldine Ahting, Treasurer, 1211 Keaton Road, Westfield, NC 27053 or Hospice Home of High Point, 1803 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
