Obituary of Frances Dickhoner Frances C. (Maxwell) Dickhoner, 77, of Pottstown, PA, formerly of Dowling Park, FL, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at ManorCare Health Services in Pottstown. She was the wife of the late Edward Dickhoner who passed in 2015. Born in Darby, PA on July 11, 1940, Frances was the daughter of the late Irving and Mayda (Fruehan) Maxwell.

Frances enjoyed shopping for clothes and dining out at restaurants. She loved watching television and reading books, especially the Bible. Exchanging greeting cards with her circle of friends was a favorite activity of hers.

Most of all, Frances adored spending time with her family and grandchildren which was easier to do the last eight months when she lived with her daughter, Ruth. She is survived by four daughters, Janice Briddes, Ruth Mirabelli, Suzanne Dickhoner, and Carole Dibenedetto; one sister, Elsie Maxwell; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Houck & Gofus Funeral Home, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464.

A Life Celebration will follow at 3:00 p.m. Inurnment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.
