She was born on July 22, 1939 in Laneville, WV, the daughter of the late Thomas Morse and Rovena Tinsley Morse. A funeral service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave.

(Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave. ), Saratoga Springs, NY. Family and friends may call from 2 pm to 4 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
