HUBBARD Funeral services will be held on Thursday September 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with Pastor Luke Oskin officiating for Francis D. Payton, 81, who died Saturday morning September 22, 2018 at his home. He was born July 14, 1937 in East Liverpool, OH a son of Arthur and Thelma Cox Payton. Mr. Payton served with the United States Air Force and had worked for Powell Pressed Steel.

Francis was an avid fisherman, loved sports and followed the East Liverpool Potters high school football team. He leaves a daughter, Star Blache of Gainesville, FL and a brother, Raymond (Joan) Payton of Hubbard. Francis was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Margaret and Clara Mae.

Family and friends may call on Thursday September 27, 2018 one hour prior to the funeral services from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home. Interment will be at Green Haven Memorial Gardens. Please visit www.
