Obituary for Frank C. Cicio Sr. Frank C. Cicio, Sr, 95, of Franklin Lakes, NJ, formerly from Dobbs Ferry, NY, and Boca Raton, FL, passed away peacefully at his son, Frank’s, home in Franklin Lakes, NJ, on November 2, 2018. He was married for 65 years to his beloved wife, Ann Cicio, deceased 2013. He raised his family in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and retired to Boca Raton, FL, in 1997.

Frank was a WWII Marine 1943-45, serving in the Philippine Islands. He was a business owner his whole life with his family-CBC Supermarket in Queens, Tudor Deli in Manhattan, Bogies Boys Restaurant in downtown Manhattan, Hot Dog n Boys mobile push carts and Neat Street Inc. in Manhattan. He was also President of both The Italian American Grocers Association and Big Apple Food Vendors Association, a member of the Dobbs Ferry Police Auxiliary, and Dobbs Ferry Kiwanis.

Frank was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his four children: Frank Jr, his wife, Maria, their sons Christopher and Sam Deborah McInerney and son, Jesse, wife, Cara, their children Layla, Trace, Colby Jeffrey, his wife, Barbara, their children, Carolyn, husband, Joseph Shields, their children Cristen, Dante, Shea, son Jeffrey, son Brian, wife, Kimberly, their children, Mason and Mollie Adrienne Hance, husband, Mark, their sons Alexander and Spencer Frank was born in Brooklyn, NY, August 20, 1923, to Joseph and Catherine Cicio, deceased, sisters, Ann, Josephine, deceased, and brother, Nick, deceased. Frank was dedicated to his family and friends.

Loved by all and will be greatly missed. He was one of those special people that God gave us to teach everyone how to get along. A man with integrity and dignity who took pride in his family more than anything.
