Frank H. Mills, 83, of Terre Haute changed his address to Heaven surrounded by his family on May 25, 2019. He was born September 20, 1935 in Terre Haute to Frank Mills and Beryl Hurlow Mills. Frank was a member of the First Baptist Church, Elks Club and served on the Board of the Directors of the Terre Haute Boys Club for 29 years.

He was also the General Manager of Honey Creek Mall for 20 years. Frank loved sports, especially basketball, supporting his kids and grandchildren in sporting activities, and his family was his pride and joy. Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jane Pearson Mills, three sons Howard Mills, Griff Mills (Tybe) and Evan Mills (Melonie); granddaughters Morgan Dana Mills, Madison Paige Mills (Jared Powell), Grace Ann Mills, and Olivia Lynn Mills; grandson Skyler Owen Mills, sister Beverly Wheatfill (Richard), and nephews Rick Wheatfill (Mary Jane) and Brad Wheatfill.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Service will follow visitation on Thursday with Pastor William Griffith officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Frank to Kindred Hospice.
