Obituary for Mr. Frank James Hayward Mr. Frank Hayward Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 14, 2019 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Elba, LA, for Mr. Frank Hayward, 53, who entered eternal rest, Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Interment will be in First Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Lemoyen, LA.

Rev. Johnny Offord will officiate the service. Mr. Hayward is survived by his wife, Michelle Hayward of Melville, LA; three beloved children, Terry Hartford (Ashley) of Krotz Springs, LA, Terriona Hartford of Melville, LA, and Daleonne Smith of Baton Rouge, LA; three sisters, Mattie Williams and Dixie Martin both of Melville, LA; and Enora Hayward of Houston, TX; one brother, Robert (Simo) Hayward of Port Arthur, TX; father and mother-in-law, James & Nellie Allen of Melville, LA; three sisters-in-law, Renelle Chenevert (James) and Christine Smith (Wade) both of Melville, LA, and Brandi Vaughns of Carencro, LA; two godchildren, Zaheen Jackson and Cherri Campbell; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, relatives and friends that he had a special bond with.

Mr. Hayward was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Hayward, Sr. and Odelia Fontenot Hayward; five sisters, Julia Ann Hines, Celestine Trahan, Hannah Jackson, Bernadine Washington, and Mary Hayward; four brothers, Walter Hayward, M.C. Hayward, Austin Hayward, and Jessie Hayward. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM Monday, January 14, 2019 at M. Pleasant Baptist Church.
