As well as his wife, Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mabel Van Done Ulmer; sister and brother in law, Kathryn and Bud Snyder; brother, Horace Ulmer and brother in law, Albert Konczyk. Surviving Frank is his children, Cynthia (Michael) Roshak, Daniel Mary) Ulmer, Linda (Dru) Mitchell; grandchildren, Jennifer and Brian Roshak, Kayla and Karassa Hensel, Kyle, Trevor and Nicole McCormick; sister, Jane Konczyk Frank was a business owner and a veteran of the US Air Force No services are scheduled at this time Friends are invited to send condolences to www.
