Obituary for Fred Donald Teague Fred Donald Teague, 82, of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018. He was born in DeKalb County, Alabama, February 26, 1936 to the late Otis and Cora Lee Arthur Teague. Mr. Teague was a veteran of the United States Army.

He was a humble man; a friend to everyone. He genuinely loved and wanted to help others. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Walkers Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Betty J. Teague; daughter, Lisa Seidel and husband, Pete; grandchildren, Kensey “Maggie” Seidel and Hunter Teague Seidel; sister-in-law, Betty Teague; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, LeDon Shepherd and Shorty Shaver. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. The family extends special thanks to Alacare Hospice, especially Page Johnson, Amanda Moses, and Chaplain Damon Olson, for their exceptional care.
