Obituary for Freda Sloan Freda Carol Sloan, Kingsport, TN Freda Carol Sloan, 55, Kingsport, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport, TN. She was born in Sullivan County on March 9, 1963 to the late John Harvey and Glenna Jean (Falin) Sloan. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Maverick ‘Buddy’ Falin.
Freda’s survivors include her sisters, Linda Spears, Kingsport, TN, Donna Lyons, Duffield, VA, and Peggy Sloan, Kingsport, TN; brother Robert Sloan, Kingsport, TN; and several nieces and nephews. It was Freda’s wishes to be cremated. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
