Garry Robert “Cool Garry” Grantham, 55, passed away peacefully at 8:29 a.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Franciscan St. Anthony Hospital, Michigan City, following a long illness. He was born June 14, 1963, in Michigan City, Indiana, to William and Lonna (Hoster) Grantham. Garry was a carpenter for many years.

He enjoyed NASCAR, drag racing and listening to load rock-n-roll music. He especially enjoyed making others laugh. Preceding him in death were his parents, William Grantham and Lonna Westphal; one brother, Guy Grantham; and one nephew, Tyler Grantham. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place.
