Judith A. Rosenow, 79, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Judith was born January 30, 1939 in La Porte, Indiana to Roy J. and Ione L. (Freese) Zellers. On June 11, 1960, in La Porte she married Harold F. “Rosie” Rosenow who survives.

She worked at La Porte Community Schools, State Farm Insurance, Allis-Chalmers, Fleck and Hickey Architects, and Fanning Howey Architects. Judith also was a member of La Porte First United Methodist Church. Judith is survived by her husband, Harold; a son, Ronald Rosenow of Yorktown, Indiana; two daughters, Karen (Jim) Gazdick of La Porte, Indiana and Sharon (John) Presnell of La Porte, Indiana; four grandchildren, Abby, Nick, Joe and John John; two sisters, Carol Thompson of La Porte, and Jo Ellen England of La Porte; and one brother, Don Zellers of La Porte, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Larry Zellers. Visitation will be from, 10 a.m. to Noon Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana. Funeral Services will be immediately following at Noon in the Funeral Home, with Pastor Bob Vale officiating.

Burial will follow in Pine Lake Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 1225 Michigan Avenue, La Porte, Indiana 46350. Please share prayers, condolences, and memories with the family at Essling Funeral Home.com.
