Obituary for Gary Lee Osborn Gary Lee Osborn Born January 10, 1951 Mitchellville, Iowa Passed Away April 1, 2018 Johnston, Iowa Gary Lee Osborn of Ankeny, was born January 10, 1951 to Lucille J. and Harold Osborn in Mitchellville, Iowa. He passed away April 1, 2018 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa. He was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church in Des Moines.

He was very active in the church and different activities at church. He enjoyed going to garage sales, helping out at the Neveln Senior Center in Ankeny, most of the time he was watching the girls and boys Ankeny Centennial basketball games. Gary is survived by, his wife, Carolyn Wallace; his brothers, Larry Osborn and Kenny Osborn; his sisters and brothers-in-law; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by, his parents, Harold and Lucille Osborn; his son, Michael L. Osborn; and sister, Kathy. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 4 PM, Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Calvary Apostolic Church, 2611 Easton Blvd. , Des Moines, Iowa.
