Patricia “Pat” Rogers, 68, of Burlington, died at 11:45 AM Friday, November 23, 2018 at her home. Born July 3, 1950, in Marshaltown, she was the daughter of Martin Bernhard and ILO Marie Schwartz Bergland. In 1998, she met Arthur Rogers, Jr.; they were together for 20 years.

Pat worked as a cook and nurse’s aide at Perry Oaks Nursing Home in Montrose. Pat enjoyed computers, particularly, playing games, partaking in social media networking and meeting people online. Survivors include Art Rogers, Jr. of Burlington; son, David Freeman of Oklahoma; four grandchildren; sister, Marlene of Nevada; and two brothers of Colorado Springs, CO and St. Charles, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory. There will be no services at this time.
