Obituary for Gary R. Guthrie Gary R. Guthrie, 62, of Westmoreland City entered into the Presence of the Lord Wednesday December 19, 2018. He was born June 4, 1956 in Homestead a son of the late Gerald and Theresa (Tomko) Guthrie. He leaves behind his loving wife Claudia and his loving son Brian Guthrie; his grandson Logan Guthrie and stepson Doug Stiner; his sisters Lisa (Dan) Dressel and Janet Jones and many loving nieces and nephews.
Gary was owner of Guthrie Painting; an avid pool player and loved to golf and read the Bible daily. Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday at the Ott Funeral Home Inc. 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin at which time a funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel with Terry Erwin officiating. Interment will follow in the Irwin Union Cemetery, North Huntingdon.
