Obituary for Mary L. Maywood (Sesek) Mary L. (Sesek) Maywood, 75, of North Huntingdon died Monday December 17, 2018 at her home; she was born February 6, 1943 in McKeesport daughter of the late John and Julia (Lesko) Sesek. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a cook for the Cane Nursing Home. She was a member of the West Newton Senior Center; den mother for the Boy Scout Troop 295 of the Lutheran Church in Irwin.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband Richard Maywood and a brother John Sesek. Surviving are five sons Richard (Janet) Maywood, of Killeen, TX, Joseph (Kristi) Maywood, of North Irwin, Samuel (Connie Graham) Maywood, of North Apollo, David (Jennifer) Maywood, of West Wyoming, PA and John (Kimberly) Maywood, of Elizabeth Twp. ; 14 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; very close friends Marge Babeo and Denise Ruffin.

To honor Mary’s wishes there will be no viewing. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. If desired memorial donations may be made to the West Newton Senior Center 103 East Main Street West Newton, PA 15089.
