David Terrell, 65, of Owensboro, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on April 3, 1953 in Daviess County to the late Tellie and Marie Terrell. David enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and his beloved dogs, Ben and Daisy.

He is preceded in death by his son, Chris Terrell. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Lou Ann Garrison Terrell; daughter, Lori (JR) Hunt; stepson, Nathan (Lanette) Bell; sister, Margaret (William) Johnson; 3 brothers, James (Cecilia) Terrell, Allen Griggs, and Jerry Cole; several grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services will be at 2:00 Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory.

Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 10:00-2:00 Tuesday at the funeral home.
