Bennettsville, SC Gerald Marshall Inman, 75, passed Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence after a lengthy illness. Born March 29, 1944 in Lumberton, NC, he was a son of the late Marshall and Nellie Martin Inman. Mr. Gerald was the retired owner of GNA Auto Glass Company and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.

He was an army veteran of the Vietnam War and loved his country. Mr. Gerald enjoyed spending time with his daughter and his granddaughters, working in the yard, and golf cart riding with Coco. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Tamara Horton and husband Jimmy of Florence; son, Marty Inman and wife Allison of Kingstree; brother, Kenneth Pearson (Foula) of Arizona; sister Linda Hinshaw (Rud) of North Carolina; grandchildren, Alexa Inman, Britton Inman, Sumner James, Sullivan James and Cameron Nesmith.

Mr. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents listed above; his wife, Patricia Ann Spears Inman. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Burroughs Funeral Home with visitation from 10 until 11:00 a.m. just prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
