DIAMOND Geraldine H. Kerstetter, 77 years of age, became Our Gift to God on Monday September 24, 2018 at Akron, Ohio. She was God’s Gift to Us on September 10, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Henry and Lena (Jones) Kerstetter. A longtime resident of Diamond, she had been employed at General Electric in Ravenna from where she then retired.

A member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church in North Jackson,she remained devoted to her faith and church for many years. Geraldine enjoyed gardening and her flowers, yet some of the fondest memories will be her caring love for her nephew Kevin and his children. Survivors include her sister-in-law Paula Kerstetter of Diamond; brother Jerry Kerstetter of Florida; her nephew Kevin Kerstetter of Cuyahoga Falls; and 1 great niece and 2 great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Barto Kerstetter. Visitation will be Friday September 28, 2018 at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St.Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255 from 10:00 A.M.-10:30 A.M. Graveside funeral services will then follow at 11:00 A.M. at Westlawn Cemetery, Mantua Township, Ohio.
