Glenda “Joyce” Kelley, age 67, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018. She was born on January 11, 1951, in Lubbock, Texas, the daughter of Odis Nobles and Velma McLaughlin Nobles. On July 25, 1969, she married Kenith Kelley.

She was preceded in death by her father. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Kenith Kelley of Hot Springs; mother, Velma Nobles of Hot Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Regina Kelley of Pearcy and Ricky and Katrina Kelley of Royal; brother, Odis Duane Nobels of Hot Springs; sister, Velma Jean Reichardt of Hot Springs; eight grandchildren, Mason and Morgan Kelley, Jayden Kelley, Brianna Fernandez, Chezni Fernandez, Brooke Echols, Austin Brown, Dimon Brown, and Matilyn Mansbridge, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in the New Mount Pleasant Cemetery with Bro. George Lynch officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
