Gloria’s Obituary Funeral services for Ms. Gloria Sue Penzica will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville with Reverend Robert Barker officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Gardens, Pollock, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Ms. Penzica, 70, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Friday, March 1, 2019 in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

Gloria was a member of Church of God of Prophecy and a retired private sitter. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Gloria will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ms. Penzica is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Letha Boatner; her husband, William Louis Penzica; one daughter, Annjeanette Penzica and one son, Jonathan Smith. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two daughters, Stacy Blanchard and her husband Rodney of Gretna, Jennifer Joseph and her husband Louis of New Orleans; one son, Steve Boatner and his wife Sandra of Dry Prong; three brothers, Everett Boatner of Okeechobee, FL. , Curtis Boatner of Glendale, AZ.

, Glen Boatner of Tioga; two grandchildren, Paul Penzica and Micah Blanchard. Pallbearers honored to serve will be Jason Olinde, Jason Ross, Jason Killingsworth, Paul Penzica, Zane Young and Noah Harlowe. Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 12:00 noon until time of service.
