Mrs. Goldie Mae Evans Thomson- Mrs. Goldie Mae Evans, 49, beloved wife of Mr. Willie Evans, entered into rest Sunday, May 27, 2018, at her residence. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating.

Mrs. Evans was a native of Orlando Florida, but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was a waitress and cashier. She was a loving wife and mother and friend to everyone.

Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Mr. Willie Evans; son, Chris Evans and daughter-in-law Bridget Evans, San Diego, California; three sisters, Pat Norris, Opal Plyler and Theresa Jackson; three brothers, Jimmy Bracewell, Danny Bracewell and Johnny Ray Bracewell. Friends may call at the funeral home. The family will receive friends on Thursday one hour prior to the graveside service at the funeral home.

Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
