Gustav “Gus” Wilhelm Wandelt, age 81, of the Pleasant Gardens Community, passed away on the evening of Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Autumn Care of Marion. A native of Bergkamen, German, he was born on August 03, 1937 A service to honor the life of Gus will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Pleasant Gardens with Pastor Kim Clardy officiating. The family will receive from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the church.
