Hairam Frederick Wilson “Fred,” age 82, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018. Hairam is survived by his beloved wife, Helen; daughter, Sara; son-in-law, Casimir; grandchildren, Michael and Marc; brother, Glendale; sister, Sylvia Jean; brother and sister-in law, Billy and Marie; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son, Michael Wilson; parents, Charles and Odda Wilson; brothers, Charles Jr., Curtis, Jessie, Francis, Samuel and Bernard.

Fred was a member of the Moose Lodge and a champion bowler. He was a proud member of the United States Army serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a forklift operator for Golden Grain for over 30 years.

Fred will be truly missed. A celebration of Hairam’s life will begin on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 with a visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 4:00 pm. to 9:00 p.m. Per Hairam’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
