Hallie Jane (Hart) Waugaman passed from this life on June 9th, 2018 after a brief illness. Hallie was born July 8, 1927 in Phillipsburg, PA. , to William and Viola Hart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Robert Bell, her husband Robert Waugaman, Sr. in 1998, and her son Robert Waugaman, Jr. in 1995. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Grandilli, Madelyn Yates, and Jeanne Dyson. Hallie is survives by her son, James (Beverly) Bell of Ashland, her daughters, Barbara (Donald) Probst of Pennsylvania, and Carol Waugaman of Ashland.

She is also survived by her sister, Laura Burrill of Montana, along with several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Deepest appreciation from the family to the nurses and staff of Good Shepherd Nursing Home and to Hospice of North Central Ohio for her care. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Heyl Funeral Home of Ashland.

A private graveside service will be held at the Savannah Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
