Harry Adcock, age 62, of Florence Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. Harry was born on October 27, 1955 to Mary and William Adcock. He was a 1974 graduate of Norwood High School in Cincinnati Ohio.

He dedicated 45 years of his life to his employer Shepherd Color Company. Harry was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsmen. He enjoyed “tinkering” with all different kinds of odds and ends.

He loved to spend his weekends… Read More » at his property in Bracken County. He was a loving and devoted husband and best friend to his wife Jane Marie Adcock of 15 years. He walked on water in the eyes of his children: Melissa Adcock, Melinda(Brian) House, Christopher Adcock, Ashley Adcock.

He was a picture-perfect stepfather to Christopher Branam, Kelly(Frederick) Essien, Scott(Mary) Branam and Sarah(Cassidy) Bond. He was an endless sense of wisdom, a constant nurturer, a jungle gym to play on and the most loving and caring pawpaw to his 11 grandchildren: Zoie, Anthony, Johnathan(Kendra), Madisyn, Cameron, Izabella, Layla, Scott Jr., Thomas, Aaliyah and Lucas(Luke). He was a wonderful role model to his brothers: JUNEBUG (William Jr.), Steven(Monique) Adcock, Tommy(Barbara) Adcock, Jimmy(Debra) Adcock.

He was a loving and awesome brother to his sisters: Mary(late Henry) Fields, Linda(Roy) Mason, Pinny(Paul) Coleman. He was an amazing uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was the perfect son-in law and brother in-law.

Harry never knew an enemy. He leaves behind many friends from the Shepherd Color Company. He will be greatly missed by the many people he has come in contact with over his life!

He is preceded in death by his grandson Dax Adcock, father William Adcock and his step-father Joseph Scott and step-sister Susan Whitmore. Services for Harry Adcock will be at Stith Funeral Home 7500 US 42 Florence, KY 41094. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 4pm-8pm and August 2, 2018 from 11am-12pm.

Funeral Service will be August 2, 2018 at 12pm. Burial will immediately follow at Brooksville Cemetery Rt #10 Brooksville, Kentucky.
