Harvey John Sturgis, age 80 of Dublin passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018. Mr. Sturgis was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and was the son of the late John Sturgis and Sara King Sturgis. He served in the US Air Force and was retired from Carl Vinson VA Medical Center.

In addition to his parents Mr. Sturgis was also preceded in death by his son Curtis Michael Sturgis. Survivors include his children, Cindy (Mike) Kilgore, Calvin (Angie) Sturgis all of Dublin, grandchildren, Caitlyn Sturgis, Dustin (Jessica) Kilgore, Clint (Kayla) Kilgore, great grandchildren, Cooper Kilgore, Caroline Kilgore, Greyson Nettles, and Kennedy Kilgore. Visitation will be Tuesday at 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at with funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Dustin Kilgore, Clint Kilgore, Cooper Kilgore, Drew Creswell, Ben Lovett, Bobb Lovett and Greyson Nettles will serve as pallbearers.
