Hazel “Sally” A. (Miller) Goodwin, 90, of Terre Haute passed away on November 15, 2018 at 7:30 A.M. at Cobblestone Crossing Health Campus. She was born on March 7, 1928 to Frank Miller and Ethel (Thompson) Miller in Terre Haute. Hazel is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry M Goodwin; son, Timothy W Goodwin; daughter, Penny E. Hill; and sisters, Bertha May Miller and Frances Gulley.

Hazel is survived by her son-in-law, Robert T Hill; sisters, Dorothy L Beauchump and Martha Vangilder; granddaughter, Jennifer Anne Hill, as well as many nieces and nephews. Hazel was a retired LPN, working for Regional Hospital. She was a member of Terre Haute Bible Baptist Church.

Visitation for Hazel will be held on Wednesday November 21, 2018 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel starting at 11:00 AM with services starting at 12:00 PM. Pastor Kevin Szwarga will be officiating with a special song by Reverend Curtis Mitchell. In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.

The family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff of Cobblestone Health Campus as well as Intrepid Hospice. They would also like to thank Dorothy Beauchamp for the loving care she gave to her sister Hazel. Online condolences may made to www.
