Elsie Mae Caton, 94, of Farmersburg passed away Friday November 16, 2018 at 12:40 pm in Miller’s Merry Manor in Sullivan. She was an inspector for American Latex for 25 years and worked at Pfizer for 10 years. She was born May 20, 1924 in Sullivan County to Grover C. Drake and Verdie (Kisner) Drake.

Elsie is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Broecker; a son, Randy Caton; 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon LeRoy Caton, who died June 20, 1999; a daughter, Kimba L. Cunningham, and sons, Terry A. Caton and Michael Caton. She was a member of the Farmersburg united Methodist Church and a 50 years member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Visitation will be Sunday November 25, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services on Monday November 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Reverend Don Ransford officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Farmersburg. In lieu of flowers that family suggests that for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
