Heaven Lee Conrad, age 19 years, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital as the result of a car accident. Heaven was born July 26, 1999. She is survived by her parents, Shaunta Lindsey, David King, and Josh Conrad.

She is also survived by her brothers, Joshua Conrad, Zachary Conrad, and Seth Conrad; stepmother, Haley Conrad; grandparents, Roxanna Lindsey, Jean and Andy Maley, and Francisca and Chris Buckler; great grandfather, Joe Deluna; many aunts, uncles and friends. Preceded in death by great grandparents, Patricia and Francis Lindsey, and Ruth Deluna. Friends may call for a memorial gathering from 5 until time of memorial service at 7 p.m. at the O.R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH.
