Helen Arlene {Wiebe} Clay, 79, of Orrville, died Sunday, May 27, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her family. Private services will be at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Wooster, OH 44691. Helen was born September 17, 1938 in Orrville, Ohio to John A. Wiebe Sr. and Blanche F. {McClain} Wiebe. Helen married Donald Clay on August 1, 1969.

He passed away in December of 1989. She retired from Volvo-GM in 1994 after almost 26 years. She enjoyed supporting Orrville schools, reading, jigsaw puzzles, taking walks, watching hummingbirds, and gardening.

She also loved spending time with her family. Helen will be deeply missed by her children Christina (Ralph) Stewart of Wooster, Dale (Beth) Clay of Orrville, Amy (Jesse) King of Gassaway, WV, Deanna (Jay) Houtz of Wooster, Mary Clay of Hilliard, and Holly Clay of Orrville; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers James Wiebe, Reinold (Virginia) Wiebe both of Florida, and Raymond (Joan) Wiebe of Orrville; sister Catherine (Gerald) Bickert of Crestline. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Donald, daughter Gwendolynn Waldron, parents John and Blanche Wiebe, brothers John Wiebe Jr., Clarence Wiebe, Robert Wiebe, Harold Wiebe, and sisters Grace Stangelo, Doris Ingram, Anna Weygandt, and Betsy Dusenberry.
