Obituary of Helen Boltz Helen Lee Boltz, 74, of Salisbury, died on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 peacefully at her home. Born on January 18, 1944 in Hebron, MD, she was the daughter of the late William “Buck” and Sarah Phippin. Helen was employed as a secretary for Commercial Credit, Maryland National Bank, Nations Bank and Bank of America, from where she retired in 1996.

Following her retirement, she was employed with the Wicomico County Finance Department, where she retired in 2007. Helen enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, camping, and spending time with her granddaughters. Helen is survived by her husband of 56 years Jack M. Boltz, Jr. of Salisbury, a son, Dwayne Scott Boltz and his wife Tammy of Salisbury; two granddaughters, Amanda Boltz and Jessica Boltz; a great grandson, Jace Tindley; a great granddaughter, Jade Lee-Ann Ellis; a sister in law, Doris Phippin of Hebron; a special caregiver sent from God, Sherry Bradley of Princess Anne; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by a sister, Doris Parker and her husband Jackie and a brother, Robert “Bobby” Phippin. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home, Salisbury. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Rev. Barry Groh will officiate. Interment will follow at Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron, MD.
