Obituary for Howard Anderson Walls II Howard Anderson Walls, II, 71, of Hepzibah, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at United Hospital Center. He was born in Clarksburg, February 24, 1947, a son of the late Howard A. Beulah Juanita Bramer Walls. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Kesling.

He is survived by his fiancé and companion of 13 years, Tina Edwards, Shinnston, and her family, his former wife, Donna Marie Fragmin, Clarksburg, one son, Howard A. Walls, III, Wheeling, his brother, James L. Walls, Willow Beach, his sisters, Rebecca Faul, Connecticut, and Linda Tetrick and her husband Dave, North Carolina. The family will receive friends at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 3-8pm, Friday, where funeral services will be held at 10am, Saturday, December 8. A private interment will be in the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.
