Petersburg – Ida Mae (Wonner) Renner, 89 of Petersburg, Ohio went home to the Lord on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, eight siblings, and beloved husband, Chester Renner. She is survived by a sister, Mildred (Wonner) Herring of Winter Park, FL: her five children: Lark (Jim) Cocco of Poland, Craig (Patty)Renner of Petersburg, Laura (David) Morlan of Canfield, Carla (Bob) Horner of Petersburg, and Valorie (Bill) Russell of Petersburg; her eleven grandchildren: Kirk, Bryan, Rob, Jennifer, Josh, Eric, Adam, Marc, Samantha, Jeremy, and Nicholas; and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Ida was a dedicated member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Petersburg, Ohio, where she and all of her children and grandchildren were baptized and raised. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 3, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at St. John’s with a funeral service to follow on Monday, March 4 at 11:00 am at St. John’s with viewing one hour before the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ida’s name to the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley 962 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Youngstown, OH 44510 St. John’s Lutheran Church 14394 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Rd.
