Eddie, Inez “Carolyn” (Crook) December 8,1920 – January 18, 2019 Carolyn Eddie, 98, of McComb, Ohio passed away at Kobacker House, Columbus, Ohio on January 18, 2019 . She was born on December 8,1920 in Hancock County, Ohio to the late Charles Homer and Inez Hortense (Rader) Crook. She was preceded by her husband, Donald Devoe Eddie, in 1989.

Carolyn graduated from McComb High School and earned her Registered Nursing degree from St. Vincent School of Nursing in Toledo, Ohio. She enjoyed traveling and sharing memories of places she visited. Her love of life and people found her witnessing her faith and serving the Lord in many ways.

She is survived by her three daughters: Patricia Deaton, Ft. Thomas, KY; Julie (Robert) Mandler, Kennesaw GA; and Lynda (James) Chisman, Venice, FL. She treasured her six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Marjorie Chatelain, Kenton, Ohio is her surviving sibling. Nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will miss her inspirational and encouraging words. Her family will remember her always!
