Saginaw Twp. , Michigan. Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and auntie passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 at her home.

Age 93 years. Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Harakey) Gabor, Irene was born February 26, 1926 in Dayton, Ohio. She was married to John Sule on May 5, 1945.

He predeceased her January 1, 1983. Irene was employed as a bus driver for the Saginaw Township Schools with 24 years of service retiring in 1989. She was a charter member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church since 1953.

Irene loved reading and especially spending time with her family and friends. Surviving to cherish her memory are two sons, David Sule, Saginaw; Richard and Linda Sule, Hemlock; two grandchildren, Kevin R. and Mira Sule, Coruna; Katie and David Sale, Honor; three great-grandchildren, Isla and Ellis Sule, Oliver Sale; two dear Godchildren, Irene Krabill and Tim J. Rivard; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Irene was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Krawczak and three brothers, Andrew Gabor Jr., Albert Gabor and Mike Gabor.

Funeral Liturgy will take place 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2019 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State St., Saginaw. Rev. Fr.

Richard Bokinskie will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church where the family will be present on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass.
