Jackie L. Hensley, known as Jack, passed away the morning of November 19th, 2018 at age 74. He was born in Catlettsburg, KY to Madge and Charles Hensley. He is survived by his three sons Jack, Robert, and Sean Hensley; two daughters, Gabrielle Stewart and Dominique Walker; and four grandchildren.

There will be a private service in his memory. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack may be made to The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania 1250 Penn Ave, 1st Floor, Pittsburgh PA 15222. KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
