Obituary for Jackie Eugene Quinn Jackie Eugene Quinn, age 75, of Rome passed away Saturday December 29, 2018 in a local hospital. Jackie was born December 23, 1943, in Floyd County, a son of the late Oda Quinn, and Mary Frances Brock Quinn. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist.

He was preceded in death his brothers, Jimmy Lamar and Johnny Charles Quinn. Survivor include his wife, Betty Waits Quinn, step son, Bobby Waits, grandsons, Buck Jeter, and Ethan Waits, brother, J.B. (Jan) Quinn, several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday January 2, 2018 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until the service hour on Wednesday, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
