Jacqueline Renee Parker-Moore was born on March 20,1968 in South Bend, IN to the parents of Joyce Mitchell-Patterson and Charles Wesley Parker. Jacqueline dedicated her life to Grace A.M.E. Zion Methodist Church at a young age. She attended South Bend Community Schools.

Her hobbies were cooking, showing hospitality, dancing with her husband, and loving those she came in contact with. She had a great love for her family and children. Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Andre S. Moore, Sr.; two loving sons, Quentin Parker Baskin (Erica) and Andre Moore, Jr.; loving daughter Britney Binion (Antwann); loving grandkids Xania Parker-Baskin and Jeremiah Wright.

She also leaves to cherish her memory Bruce (Shannon), Ameka Welch, Kea Brown (Frankie), and Turquoise Leonard; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends that she loved very much. Jacqueline will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Grace AME Zion Church, 1211 Vassar Avenue, South Bend, IN 46628.
