James A. “Jim” Owsley, Jr. James A. “Jim” Owsley, Jr., age 73, passed away April 18, 2018, at his home in San Diego, California. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on January 10, 1945, to James A. Owsley, Sr. and Mary (Davenport) Owsley. Jim was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Janet Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy Sutton; sisters: Paula Bach and Darlene Coulson; cousin, Bonnye Gene Davenport; several nieces and nephews, as well as other loving family and many friends. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the Dewville Cemetery near Nixon, Texas, under the direction of Finch Funeral Chapel, Nixon, TX, (830) 582-1521. Visitation will begin one hour before the service.
