Obituary for Danny Ortega On June 5, 2018 Danny Ortega, 59 of La Vernia, Texas passed away. Danny was born on March 3, 1959 in Amarillo, Texas to Raymond and LaJean (Howard) Ortega. On April 20, 1985 Danny married the love of his life, Deborah D. Hart in San Antonio, Texas.

They thoroughly enjoyed spending time together on their Harley Davidson. Deborah preceded him in death in March of this year. Danny is also preceded in death by his father and his sister, Ramona Ortega.

His memory will be cherished by his daughters, Ashley Ortega and Kelsie Ortega; sisters, Betty Sue Shoffner (Rodney) and Louise Rogers (Jim); numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018, 1:00pm-2:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas. MEMORIAL SERVICE Monday, June 18, 2018 2:00pm Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia Pastor Frank Pomeroy will be officiant of the service.
