Obituary for Mr. James H Barnhill A funeral service for Mr. James H. Barnhill, 90 of Oxford, will be on Friday, June 29, 2018 at noon in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. Pastor Sammy Dulaney will receive friends on the same day from 10:00am until service time. A burial will follow the service at Forestlawn Memorial Gardens in Anniston.

Mr. Barnhill passed away at his home on June 26, 2018. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Margaret Barnhill; son, Mike Barnhill (Teresa); granddaughter, Kayla Jones; great granddaughter, Charlie Rey Jones; brother in law, Willard Dulaney, and a host of extended family members and friends. Mr. Barnhill is preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Dulaney, Ronald Dulaney, Lynn Dulaney, Jonathan Crawford, Johnny Bergmann, and Perry Dulaney. Mr. Barnhill was a loving and caring husband and father who enjoyed spending all his spare time at the river fishing, enjoying sitting on the porch in his swing, and receiving friends and family at his favorite spot on the water. He will be deeply missed by all who had the great pleasure of knowing him.
