Mr. James “Jim” Dale Walker, age 70 of Franklin, KY, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at 1:38 PM at his residence. Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 27, 2018 with burial to follow in the Bowling Green Gardens in Bowling Green, KY. Jim was born April 2, 1948 in Calloway Co., KY.

to the late Edwin Carlton Walker and the late Lillie Mae Fralick Moore and her husband the late Cecil Moore. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Walker and was also preceded in death by a daughter Dorothy Walker and 2 brothers Paul and Archie Walker. He is survived by a daughter Mary Walker of Bowling Green, KY, 3 sons Randy, Marty and Billy Walker all of Bowling Green, KY, 2 sisters Carlene Binkley and Ann Lynn both of Marion, KY.

, granddaughters Bethany Mae Walker of Bowling Green, KY, and Amber N. Walker of Franklin, KY. Several other grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survives. Jim was a member of the New Hope Full Gospel Church in Bowling Green, KY.

and was a self-employed handyman. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, November 26, 2018 and from 6:00 am until funeral service time Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.
